We’ve witnessed firsthand the terrible impact that terrorist attacks have brought upon our country. However, another tragedy is unfolding before us on a daily basis - the attack on the American family, and the fallout that comes along with it. As author and speaker Tim Kimmel has noted:
- Civilization lives or dies by the strength of its families.
- The family lives or dies by the strength of its leadership
- The strength of the leadership within the family has everything to do with the character of the man at its head.
With such high stakes, the following statistics become even more sobering: For every 10 men in the average church....
- 8 will not find their jobs satisfying
- 5 have a major problem with pornography
- 4 will get divorced (impacting a grand total of 1,000,000 children each year)
- All 10 will struggle to balance family & work
