When we deepen our friendships, we deepen our faith. One of our priorities is helping people connect in small groups, classes/studies, and special interest groups.

    • Small Groups focus on friendship, prayer, and bible study and entail a longer term investment. Some groups also find ways to serve together.
    • Classes/Studies focus for a shorter season (4-12 weeks) on a specific topic (financial health, marriage enrichment, spiritual growth, biblical archaeology, etc.)
    • Special Interest groups range in length and subject matter.  Some are activity-driven and seasonal, some address a stage of life, some focus on a special cause (Hiking, Human Trafficking Awareness, Aviation, Caring for aging parents, etc.)

Little prayer…little fruit. More prayer…more fruit. Much prayer…much fruit!

Prayer must not be our last resort - it must be our first option! We urge everyone at Village Church to pray more for the people and ministries of our church. We doubt that any of us will come to the end of our life here on earth saying, “I prayed too much. I wish I would have prayed less!”

Visit the Events page for upcoming prayer events.

    Email Prayer Warriors

This important ministry is perfect for those who have a heart to intercede on behalf of others, but can't always find time in their schedule to meet at our organized prayer times. If you would like to be a part of the prayer chain and receive updated requests from our church family via email, contact Diane (847.244.6606, x188).

    Prayer Request

Because Village Church takes seriously the ministry of prayer, we are happy to receive your requests and intercede for you! Request prayer by email or call the church office during regular office hours and ask for Diane.

    Caregiver Connection

Caregiver Connection provides a means of prayerfully connecting, networking, assisting, educating, and supporting individuals who are challenged to care for family members/individuals. These individuals have significant, acute, or chronic medical needs such as elder care, long-term care, home health care, long term disability, developmental or psychiatric disabilities, or any chronic illness.

If you find yourself in this stage of life, this group is for you. Everyone is welcome!

For meeting times & locations contact the church office (847.244.6606) or email Craig Worrall.
